The K-pop quartet set a new record on YouTube with their new music video “Kill This Love.”

Based on the platform’s official count, “Kill This Love” MV garnered 56.7 million views in the first 24 hours upon release on April 5, edging out Ariana Grande’s ‘thank u, next’ (55.4 million views) for the biggest music video debut of all time.
It is also BLACKPINK’s personal best as they eclipsed the record set by their June 15, 2018 hit music video ““DDU-DU DDU-DU,” which debuted with 36.2 million views.
According to YouTube, with the new record, the top 10 most viewed MVs in the first 24 hours of all time are:
